Refund policy: Cigars and tobacco products are considered consumable and perishable items therefore, all sales are considered final. Otoao Cigars will accept unused and undamaged products from regular customers. We will refund up to 90% of the sale minus shipping and handling charges. We still recommend that you e-mail us before returning any product. 

Warranty: All products except sealed cigar boxes are inspected prior on shipping. Insurance is placed in all high value items. If you received a box that is damage in route ensure to talk to the local UPS or USPS carrier prior on accepting it.

US residents must be 18 years of age or older to use and to order Tobacco
and Tobacco products.  You must also comply with the applicable Tobacco Laws
of your State and Country.  Lighthouse Tobacco LLC DBA Otoao Cigar is not to
be held responsible or liable if you violate your State or Country Laws.
Sales to residents of the State of Georgia requires a 7% sales tax and a 13%
tobacco tax.  Sales outside Georgia via Internet currently are exempt from
taxation.
